Tyler Rouse

Chief Financial Officer

Tyler Rouse joined Parker Development Company in 2024 and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer, leading the firm’s accounting and finance function across all Parker affiliated entities. In this role, Tyler oversees financial strategy and operations including budgeting, forecasting, capital structuring, financial reporting, cash and liquidity management, and tax planning and compliance. He is responsible for building scalable financial systems from the ground up, strengthening internal controls, and providing clear, decision-useful insight to support the company’s long-term development and investment strategy.

Tyler manages a complex, multi-entity organizational structure and works closely with the ownership group and external advisors to align financial operations with the firm’s broader investment and development objectives. His work spans entity-level financial management, strategic tax planning, and transaction support across a diverse portfolio of real estate assets.

Prior to joining Parker Development Company, Tyler was an Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he provided audit, assurance, and advisory services to a broad range of public and privately held real estate companies. He brings a strong technical foundation paired with practical operating experience, having invested in and managed residential real estate properties with firsthand exposure to acquisition analysis, financing, and ongoing asset management.

Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California Lutheran University and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of California. He is affiliated with industry organizations including the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE), Sacramento, and the Urban Land Institute. As CFO, Tyler is focused on disciplined financial leadership, thoughtful risk management, and building a finance organization that can scale alongside the firm’s growing portfolio.
