Patty Peck

VP of Financial Operations

Patty Peck serves as Vice President of Financial Operations at Parker Development Company, bringing over two decades of institutional knowledge and executive-level financial leadership to the firm. Patty joined the organization in 1998 as an accountant supporting the Serrano development and has grown alongside the company into a senior leadership role, developing deep institutional expertise in Parker’s multi-entity structure, development portfolio, and investor relationships. Her long-standing presence within the organization makes her an invaluable bridge between the firm’s history and its future.

Prior to joining Parker Development Company, Patty held accounting positions at River City Bank and Coopers & Lybrand, and served over six years as Vice President-Controller of a local publishing company, experience that sharpened her ability to manage diverse financial operations across varied organizational environments. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University, Sacramento and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of California since 1985.
