Owned and managed by Parker Development Company, our residential halfplexes offer unique space planning, design, quality and sophistication.  Located in Riverlake and the Pocket area these spacious halfplexes provide numerous selections of floor plans ranging from 1,400 to 2,600 square feet.

Our three and four bedroom halfplexes from 1,800 to 2,600 sq ft in Riverlake, a prestigious, gated community of custom homes located within the Pocket area, highlight all the luxuries of a custom-built home.  All residents have access to Riverlake’s 32-acre lake, picnic areas and marinas.  This beautiful master planned community developed by Parker Development Company is convenient to schools, shopping, amenities and services.

Throughout the Pocket area, a portion of which was developed by Parker Development Company, is an established community of custom and production homes and halfplexes.  In addition to convenient schools, shopping, and services, the Pocket area incorporates a mixture of greenbelts, bike paths and parks.  Our three and four bedroom halfplexes from 1,400 to 1,700 sq. ft. are located in different custom home subdivisions throughout the pocket area.

Our residential halfplex homes include many or all of the following amenities:

Most living rooms feature vaulted ceilings.

Fireplaces are wood burning w/gas starters.

Kitchen amenities include electric stove, built-in microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Many units include a formal dining room with an additional breakfast nook in the kitchen. Residents provide refrigerators.

All of our customized halfplexes feature quality carpeting and a variety of window coverings.

Security alarm systems in most homes.

Washer/dryer hookups are provided. Residents provide washer and dryer.

Landscaped yards fully maintained, front and back.

Resident pays only $60 to $70 per month (based on unit selection) for landscaping, water, sewer, garbage, and homeowner dues.

12-month lease required for the first year, you then have the option of changing to a month to month or 12 month lease.

Security deposit is a minimum of one month's rent.

One pet is allowed -- security deposit is increased by $1000.

Application approval based on (1) a gross income of 3 times the monthly rent, (2) credit history, and (3) rental/mortgage references.

Required for move-in: first month’s rent; service cost for landscaping services, water, sewer, garbage, and homeowner dues; security deposit; and pet deposit (if applicable).

Rental pricing $1,325 - $1,895 per month.
